Baja Women's Conference!
The Baja Women’s Conference is an empowering event focused on the personal and professional growth of women in Baja California. Each event provides opportunities for women to recharge, connect, and gain new skills through workshops on creativity, leadership, and personal development.
With each conference, participants leave inspired and equipped to face new challenges. Mujeres Adelante en Baja proudly supports this event, aligning with our mission to uplift women through education, entrepreneurship, and community building, creating lasting impact in the region.
Via International
Via International’s Via Baja program focuses on uplifting under-resourced communities, particularly women, including migrants and single mothers. By partnering with grassroots organizations, the program fosters financial independence, self-reliance, and improved family health across Baja California’s Colonias. The initiative operates through three core pillars: Family Health and Food Security, Community Leadership, and Micro-Credit Lending.
Mujeres Adelante en Baja plays a crucial role by contributing to the microfinance aspect, helping women access the funds they need to build sustainable livelihoods in Rosarito.
Baja Angels of the Sea
Baja Angels of the Sea, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, shines as a beacon of hope, supporting orphanages, shelters for abused women, and others in need through partnerships with compassionate local communities. Together, they create sustainable systems, leveraging local resources to ensure individuals receive nutritious food, clean water, education, and safety, while also being equipped with essential life skills.
Mujeres Adelante en Baja actively supports this mission by donating vital supplies and resources to women’s shelters in Rosarito, helping to improve the lives of those most in need.
Our purpose is to equip women and girls with the resources and skills they need to lead self-sufficient and fulfilling lives. We believe in the power of community-driven change, and by offering microfinance programs, business loans, and educational opportunities, we help women build their own businesses, support their families, and foster strong, interconnected communities. Whether through entrepreneurship, skill-building, or cultural initiatives, we are committed to driving positive change across Baja California.

We gathered for a day filled with empowerment, inspiration, and connection, focusing on nurturing all aspects of our lives. The conference was designed to help women recharge, refocus, and rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul.
Throughout the day, participants attended workshops and interactive sessions on creativity, personal growth, healing, and learning. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded women, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and motivated to pursue new activities and tackle whatever life brings their way.
